Celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary. Loved all the games, enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the fireplaces. Mostly just enjoyed quiet times in the woods with our family.

Our family had a wonderful stay to celebrate a family member's 50th birthday. As a brewmaster for over 30 years, I really enjoyed the German-themed decorations and bier theme — the steins, nutcrackers and biergarten. The gemütlichkeit and relaxation were urgently needed. Thank you!

The cabin was a beautiful place for our girls' trip of 5. Very spacious, clean and perfectly remote while also being close to the best hiking trails, Lake Logan and restaurants. We'd love to come back in the fall.

We had a great time! Great campfires, big rooms, nice dining tables, lots of fun. Conkle's Hollow was a great paved trail. Well-stocked cabin — we loved it!

"It's so beautiful!" — coming off the driveway. What a spectacular and serene setting. The cabin had everything we needed to be cozy and entertained. We will definitely be back, and loved our late-winter Oktoberfest!

Another Hocking Hills stay at the Black Forest Chalet in the books. We feel like we are home here. The grandkids love the hiking trails and the downstairs Ratskeller room. We spent most of our time on the porch by a fire watching OSU. GO BUCKS!

Our family of eight adults and three children stayed at the stunning Black Forest Chalet and had a wonderful time. Immaculately clean and beautifully prepared, with furnishings almost entirely made of logs for that true log-cabin feel. The hot tub, pool table and game tables were thoroughly enjoyed. Can't wait to come back!
